Sporterra is the world's first global sports aggregator marketplace — a single platform where anyone, anywhere can discover, book, and purchase anything sports-related. From booking a football pitch to hiring a personal coach, registering for a marathon, buying discounted sports gear, purchasing event tickets, or joining an esports tournament — it all happens on Sporterra. We operate as a pure connector. We own no inventory, no facilities, and no physical assets. Our platform operates across seven verticals: Sporterra Play (Facilities), Sporterra Events, Sporterra Pro (Coaching), Sporterra Market (E-commerce), Sporterra Pass (Memberships), Sporterra Esports, and Sporterra Tickets. Yes. Sporterra is available globally from day one. You can browse, book, and purchase from any country. Our platform supports multiple languages and currencies, and automatically displays prices in your local currency.

No. You can browse all listings, facilities, coaches, events, products, and tickets without creating an account. An account is only required when you are ready to book, purchase, or register for something.

Download the Sporterra app or visit our website. Enter your phone number or email, verify with a 6-digit OTP, and you are in. You can also sign in instantly with your Google or Apple account.

Sporterra covers over 80 sports across 12 categories — including Team Sports, Racket & Net Sports, Fitness & Wellness, Water Sports, Outdoor & Adventure, Combat Sports, Esports, Athletics, Equestrian, Winter Sports, Precision Sports, and Emerging Lifestyle Sports.

Browsing and exploring Sporterra is completely free. There are no subscription fees for buyers. You only pay when you book a facility, purchase a product, register for an event, or buy a ticket.

Sporterra currently supports English and Arabic, with full right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic. More languages including French, Turkish, Spanish, Hindi, and Mandarin are coming soon.

Open the app, select your sport or browse Sporterra Play, choose a facility near you, pick your date and available time slot, and complete payment. Your booking is confirmed instantly with a QR code sent to your account.

Your unique QR code is your entry pass to the booked facility. Show it to the venue staff or have it scanned on arrival. Each QR code is unique to your booking and cannot be shared or duplicated.

Yes. You can cancel from the My Activity section of the app. The refund amount depends on the vendor's cancellation policy — Flexible, Moderate, or Strict — which is displayed clearly on every listing before you book.

Yes. When booking, you can set the number of participants. Each facility displays its maximum capacity so you can book accordingly.

Yes. Sporterra supports recurring bookings for the same slot on a weekly basis. You can choose to pay in bulk or per session.

Yes, for facility bookings only. Select Pay at Venue during checkout. Your slot will be held and the vendor will be notified. Payment is collected directly by the vendor at the facility.

Sporterra Market is our sports e-commerce vertical where you can shop pro-grade sports equipment, apparel, and accessories — including our Outlet store where products are listed at a minimum 20% below the recommended retail price.

The Outlet badge appears on products listed at least 20% below the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). All outlet listings are verified by Sporterra before the badge is applied.

Yes. Sporterra supports a multi-vendor cart. You can add products from different vendors and check out in a single transaction. Orders are automatically split per vendor for fulfillment.

Once your order is confirmed and a driver is assigned, you can track your delivery in real time inside the app. You will see live status updates from Order Confirmed through to Delivered.

Instead of delivery, you can choose to collect your order directly from the vendor's store. Select Pick Up at checkout — no delivery fee applies. A QR code is generated for you to show at the store for collection.

Return requests can be initiated from your order history in the app. Each vendor sets their own return policy, which is displayed on the product listing. If you have a dispute, our admin team will mediate and resolve it.

Go to Sporterra Pro, select your sport, and browse certified coaches in your area or available online. You can filter by price, rating, language, and availability.

Yes. Many coaches offer session packages — for example 5 or 10 sessions at a bundled discount. Purchase the package and redeem sessions at your own pace within the validity period.

Coaches can upload their certifications to receive a Verified Coach badge, which increases their visibility on the platform. All coaches are rated by athletes who have completed sessions with them.

Yes. Coaches can sell training plans, workout videos, and nutritional guides as downloadable digital products directly through their Sporterra Pro profile.

Sporterra Tickets is a two-sided ticketing marketplace. You can buy primary tickets directly from event organizers and official leagues, or buy resale tickets from other fans — all in one place with fraud-proof QR technology.

Yes. Every ticket on Sporterra is a unique, cryptographically signed QR code. It cannot be forged or duplicated. The moment a ticket is transferred or resold, the original QR is instantly invalidated and a brand new one is issued to the new holder.

Yes, if the event organizer allows resale. Open My Tickets, select your ticket, and tap Resell. Set your price — within any cap set by the organizer — and your listing goes live immediately. You are paid 48 hours after the event concludes.

Yes. Open My Tickets, select your ticket, and tap Gift Ticket. Enter the recipient's registered Sporterra email or phone number. The ticket transfers instantly — your QR is invalidated and a new one is issued to them. Gifting is completely free.

If an event is cancelled, you will be notified immediately via push notification and email, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or Sporterra Cash wallet.

For certain high-security events, organizers choose to reveal QR codes only 2 hours before the event starts. This eliminates screenshot fraud. You will receive a push notification the moment your QR is unlocked.

If an event is sold out, you can join the waitlist. The moment a resale ticket becomes available for your chosen category, you will be notified instantly and given the opportunity to purchase it.

Sporterra accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe (global) and Hyperpay (MENA). You can also pay using your Sporterra Cash wallet balance or redeem Loyalty Points at checkout.

Sporterra Cash is our in-app wallet. Top up any amount and receive bonus credits — buy AED 100 and get AED 110 in your wallet. Sporterra Cash can be used across all seven verticals for any booking or purchase.

You earn 1 Loyalty Point for every 1 unit of currency spent on Sporterra. Every 100 points equals a 1 unit discount on your next purchase. Your points balance is always visible in your profile.

Yes. Sporterra never stores your card details. All payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant gateways — Stripe and Hyperpay. Your financial data is fully encrypted and handled exclusively by the payment gateway.

When you pay on Sporterra, your funds are held securely by Sporterra and only released to the vendor after your service is delivered or your order arrives. A 48-hour dispute window opens after delivery — giving you time to raise any issue before the vendor is paid.

Go to the Vendor section, tap Register, and complete the four-step onboarding: enter your business details, select your business type, create your first listing, and connect your payout account. You can be live in under 10 minutes.

Creating an account and listing on Sporterra is free. Sporterra earns a commission on each completed transaction. Vendors can also upgrade to a paid subscription tier (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) to unlock lower commission rates, more listings, and advanced features.

Payouts are processed automatically every Monday. Funds are held in escrow until 48 hours after service delivery or order completion. The minimum payout threshold is $20.

Your Trust Score is a number between 0 and 100 that reflects your reliability as a vendor on Sporterra. It starts at 50 and increases with completed bookings, positive reviews, fast response times, and verified documents. A higher score means better visibility and more bookings.
